HOW IT WORKS

Technology Powered by AI,
Designed for
People.

Red Meters delivers real-time, AI-powered density measurement with unmatched precision - without the risks of radiation.

Our system works by measuring the deflection of your pipe as material flows through it. As the weight of the material changes, our advanced sensors detect subtle variations, which are then processed using proprietary mathematical formulas and AI-driven algorithms.

This allows Red Meters to provide continuous, second-by-second density readings with incredible accuracy - ensuring smarter process control and greater operational efficiency.

RUGGED SERIES 2.0 Monitoring at Your Fingertips.

Every Red Meter comes equipped with Ruby, our intuitive, feature-rich software that makes monitoring simple and customizable.

  • User-Friendly Interface – Easily configure display settings, color themes, and graph layouts to suit your needs.
  • Flexible Measurement Units – Choose from hundreds of unit types for a fully tailored experience.
  • Remote Data Access – Monitor your readings from anywhere on your local network, or access real-time insights via an internet connection.

With AI-driven process control, Red Meters transforms density measurement into a seamless, data-driven experience - helping industries optimize performance, reduce downtime, and enhance efficiency with ease.

Everything You Need to Know About Red Meters

  • Can a Red Meter be installed vertically?

No. The Red Meter must be installed in a horizontal position to ensure accurate readings. While a slight angle is acceptable, it should not be installed vertically. The meter must remain secure and properly supported within the pipeline.

Click here for an [Installation Drawing], or [contact us] to discuss your planned installation point - we’re happy to help you find the ideal placement.

  • Does a Red Meter obstruct flow?

Not at all. The inline cartridge is bolted directly into the pipe section and allows media to pass through as it would in any standard section of pipe - no blockage, no restriction.

  • How is measurement data viewed or analyzed?

Live readings are displayed in real time via Ruby™, our onboard software. Data can also be exported in CSV format via USB for further analysis and reporting.

  • Can a Red Meter handle abrasive or aggressive media?

Yes. Red Meters are engineered to withstand both physically abrasive and chemically aggressive slurries. We offer a range of specialized liners to suit your specific media and application. Complete an [RFQ] to discuss your requirements with our engineers - every meter is built to match your process.

  • Does a Red Meter require internet connectivity to work?

No internet connection is required for basic operation. However, connectivity is recommended to unlock the full potential of your system - like remote monitoring, diagnostics, and support.

  • Is support available after purchase?

Absolutely. Our Customer Success team is here to support you before, during, and after installation. From order status and installation preparation to setup, general inquiries, and technical support - we’re committed to helping you get the most out of your Red Meter.
